Our Yorkshire lamb comes from George Wood’s family farm in Carlecotes near Penistone, a relationship that has grown over 22 years. George takes a traditional, hands-on approach, rearing his flock with natural feed and plenty of time outdoors. The lamb is then prepared at Blacker Hall by our Butchers, who know the product and the farmer behind it.
