Our Butchers prepare the sausages, stuffing, bacon, pigs in blankets and hand-pressed stuffing baubles here at Blacker Hall, using Yorkshire pork from Tim Bradshaw’s family farm. Across the Courtyard, our Bakery makes Yorkshire puddings with Yorkshire-milled flour and local free-range eggs.
